I'm so so so so sorry I haven't been around. Actually, I have, just never had enough time to keep tabs on my dA people. It used to be the second thing on my to-do list but now it's been pushed #1000 ><. I'll rant more on your wall or on a new journal later.
But how have you been

Glad to have you back! *3* I was wondering where you had disappeared to for so long. What's been going on these days?
But yeah, I like the effects here; cool and kinda creepy at the same time, which is (for me anyway) is always a good combination. Good work on this one.

<.< >.> o.0 I got nothing. -.-
This was actually about five minutes worth of cheap filter effects, but that's how the video plays out, so I just stuck with it. But I'd love to get that Jacob's Ladder effect without making it look so smudgy. (The fast-moving heads) I've seen it on a few photomanips, but tutorials for it are hard to find.
I also don't know the official name for that particular effect, so that's probably a big part of it. XD
Well, the picture's effective regardless, and yeah, I wish I knew the name of that effect too.. The vibrating heads what made the video so creepy to me. "Gaah, they shouldn't be moving that way! D:"

The TOOL videos have the effect too. Sober was one of the creepiest, with the old man stop-motion doll. I think that was the first time I'd actually seen that effect. (I hadn't seen Jacob's Ladder until later on)
I haven't actually seen that video in ages, so that was a nice lil' flashback. XD But yeah, I think that was the first time I'd seen that effect too. I was pretty late to the party with Jabob's Ladder though (I didn't see it until fairly recently- that's just what I do though; end up not seeing movies until ages after thier release. *shrug*). And then there was Silent Hill, of course..

The TOOL videos were great. Aphex Twin had some pretty freaky stuff as well. Remember Rubber Johnny?
Same here. I'm that way with games too. Curse of Darkness was out in 2005, and I hadn't played it until nearly three years later.
